Am I the only one disappointed by this weeks episode? Maybe I had my expectations too high or something. Or is it the tailspin, C.J. Cregg’s career seems to taken after President Bartlet finished his second term. However, it just didn’t seem to live up to expectations…well, my expectations.

With only 4 hours (with commercial breaks) remaining, there’s probably going to be some kind of big twist coming to close things up.
This week we got more of the Jack/Locke dynamic.  For some reason, Jack is now drawn to Locke and feels the need to fix him over all other patients under his care.  Helen stops by and Jack is adamant about finding out how Locke injured his back so he could “fix him” (Jack hasn’t been trying to fix things much this season though)

In typical Lost fashion, just when you think you know the typical structure of the show, they throw you a curve ball.  This week, instead of the usual ‘centric’ episode where the storyline focuses on one or two of the characters, we get a story where they are all coming together or splitting up or….well, as usual, a lot happened.

When two sides go to war….
There are two sides of a coin, two versions of the same story, two paths you can take. We’ve seen the two sides of Locke, the two sides of Jack. This week, we see Hurley go from comic relief to…..well, whatever he is now.

Well that was fun. We were provided with all kinds of new information (and confirmation of some theories) this week…as we expected. Richard is from sunny (well, except when it’s raining) Tenerife. I always thought it was just a beach with a bunch of bars and hotels. Who knew it had a jungle and that it rained there too?

Each week I am more convinced that the Alternate Timeline, the one where Flight 815 lands is the real timeline. Well, the timeline which would have happened had Jacob not touched them. My theory is that in some way they’ll end up never crashing on the island.

There was such an incredible amount of information in this episode that I had to watch it a second time. Heck, I’d have watched it a third time but then I remembered I had to finish an assignment for school. Don’t worry mom, I finished it and turned it in with some time to spare.

After watching last night, I haven’t seen anything, yet, to shoot any holes in my theory.
Dogen to Sayid: “One side of the scale there is good. The other side, evil. Yours tipped the wrong way.” He never said Sayid was evil. Could it be that the scale tipped…wasn’t in balance that is the problem?

I realize it’s still another day until the next episode of Lost. However, over the weekend a new theory hit me and I figured I’d throw it out for everyone to some feedback.
What if the alternate timeline we are watching in Lost, the one where the plane lands safely at LAX, is actually the real timeline?
